Priestley Management Company Celebrates Two Team Members Earning CMCA Designations

Priestley Management Company is proud to recognize two outstanding team members who have recently earned their Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA®) designation through the Community Associations Institute (CAI).

Mary Queen, based in our Greensboro office, and Morgan Osborne, serving communities from our Wilmington office, have both successfully completed the education and examination requirements to achieve this important professional milestone.

What the CMCA Designation Means for Our Communities

The CMCA designation is an industry‑recognized credential that demonstrates a manager’s knowledge of community association operations, governance, financial management, maintenance responsibilities, and ethical standards. Managers who hold this designation have shown a strong commitment to professional development and to providing informed, reliable service to the boards and homeowners they support.

For the associations we manage, this means:

  • Stronger understanding of best practices and statutory requirements
  • More informed guidance for boards and committees
  • A continued focus on professionalism, accountability, and service excellence

Congratulations to Mary and Morgan

Mary and Morgan’s dedication to expanding their expertise reflects the values that guide Priestley Management Company every day. Their achievement not only represents personal growth but also strengthens our overall management team and reinforces our commitment to delivering high‑quality community association management across North Carolina.

Please join us in congratulating Mary Queen and Morgan Osborne on earning their CMCA designations. We are grateful for their hard work and proud to have them as part of the Priestley Management Company team.
