The Seal of Distinction, presented by the North Carolina Chapter of the Community Associations Institute (CAI-NC), honors community associations that demonstrate:

This recognition doesn't happen by accident. It reflects the sustained work of engaged boards, dedicated homeowners, and the community managers who guide these associations day in and day out. We're honored to highlight the four PMC-managed communities receiving this distinction and the managers who helped lead them there.
This Year's Honorees
This year's honorees are Seaspray Community Association, Inc., managed by Tyler Carlyon; Helms Port Master Association, managed by Madren Irvine; Stonegate, managed by Patty Walters; and The Vineyards at Summerfield managed by Wendy Parks. Each of these communities, and the managers who support them, has demonstrated the same commitment to strong governance, sound financial planning, and community best practices that the Seal of Distinction was created to recognize.
