Wilmington, NC (November 2022): Priestley Management Company, a leader in community association management since 1990, is excited to announce that Joseph Oates has joined the PMC team as a Community Association Manager.

Joseph Oates is seasoned with 20 plus years of professional experience with emphasis on improving efficiency, productivity and organizational consistency, across multiple industries. A graduate in Industrial Psychology, Joseph is extremely dedicated in helping businesses achieve their goals, through a strong background in the areas of: HOA Management, Business Management, Employee Relations, Conflict Resolution, Customer Service, Political Association, Non-Profit Fundraising, Event Planning and Coordination, and Hotel Service Management. Joseph is looking forward to being a member of the PMC Team and bringing a high standard of attention to the Associations he works with.
