As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing our services and fostering a more streamlined experience for our community members, we are thrilled to announce an exciting new initiative at Priestley Management Company (PMC).

Effective January 2, 2024, we are embarking on a new beta testing phase of an innovative artificial intelligence system called Sunny AI, through the PMC Mobile app. This cutting-edge technology is designed to revolutionize how we manage our operations, communicate with residents, and elevate the overall quality of service within our community associations.

What makes this beta testing phase particularly exciting is our collaboration with Cinc Systems to integrate Sunny AI seamlessly into our PMC mobile app. Through this partnership, we aim to bring the power of advanced technology directly to your fingertips.

Key benefits of Sunny AI within the PMC mobile app include:
