Our President

David G. Priestley, a Greensboro native, graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with degrees in Industrial Relations and Political Science. For four years, he worked for Quadrant, Inc. in Myrtle Beach and was responsible for the management of condominium, townhouse and single family homes. In May, 1988 Priestley relocated to Raleigh in when he went to work for Ross Taylor Management Corporation where he managed similar types of property. Priestley is a graduate of the Community Association Institute's (CAI) Professional Management Development Program and has been awarded the professional designations Professional Community Association Manager (PCAM), Association Management Specialist (AMS) and Certified Manager of Community Associations (CMCA) Designations. He is also a member of the CAI Hall of Fame.
