• All contracts will be reviewed to ensure that the association is getting the most value for the work being performed
• Specifications will be developed for all major work
• Computer-generated work orders will be issued for all work and tracked through the job's completion
• Our relationship with vendors will result in timely, cost effective, quality
• Through our phone system, all Managers are on call for emergencies.
