Maintaining the Property
- PMC will perform regular inspections of the community
- All contracts will be reviewed to ensure that the association is getting the most value for the work being preformed.
- Specifications will be developed for all major work
- Computer generated work orders will be issued for all work and tracked through the jobs completion
- Our relationship with vendors will result in timely, cost effective good work
- Through our phone system, all Managers are on call for emergencies.
